Jollozi is a Flashpay service. This page says what we collect and why. Questions or requests: hello@flashpayweb.com.
What we collect
- Cafés and people who contact us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, café name and location, your menu, and the bank details you ask us to show guests.
- Menu photos you scan: Google's Gemini AI reads them to build your menu. We delete the photos within 2 days.
- Café search: what you type to find your café is sent to Google to suggest matches.
- Guests: what you order, your table, and notes you add. You don't need an account. Your phone keeps a random ID so the café can match your order and bill.
Why: to run Jollozi, set up your café, contact you about it, and keep it secure. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Who helps us: Google Cloud hosts Jollozi in the EU (Belgium), Google's Gemini API reads menu photos, and Google Places (café search) suggests matches as you type your café's name. Guests pay the café directly; Jollozi never holds your money.
How long: menu photos up to 2 days; everything else while your café uses Jollozi, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights: under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@flashpayweb.com.
